Bright Rich is a service for buying and renting commercial real estate, such as offices, warehouses, and coworking spaces.

Task

Make a site with a convenient catalog, clear filters and a concise design that will support the interface.

Solution

Most of the time was spent on the catalog

To avoid confusion, we have collected a huge database of components with all the tabs, inputs and icons.

Now it is easy to search for real estate in the Bright Rich catalog

On the main page, you can select the location, price, footage and type of service — sale or rent. Then the user gets to the page with object cards and, if necessary, opens it in the map format

After it, the user goes to additional filters, for example, selects the year of construction, floor or construction status. Search results for each query can be saved.

Result

We have made the design as minimalistic as possible

While using it you will be able to easily find the desired filter and will not get confused in the catalog.
